All of the bread stands are excellent. Lots of good produce, though I’d avoid the stand that doesn’t list its prices. There are a few stands that change every week - sometimes there are artists selling their work, or free blood pressure measurements, or vegan food like kimchi or cupcakes, or Girl Scouts selling cookies! Oftentimes there are lovely street musicians. I highly recommend the empanadas & salteñas from DMV Empanadas - they’re even better warmed up at home, and don’t forget some little sauce cups! I also love the ice cream pints from Broom’s Bloom Dairy. Rain or shine, limited parking, no dogs allowed, credit cards accepted at many stands (but cash is always appreciated).
Their menu changes from time to time, first time we went was breakfast (a yr or 2 ago)i tried their potato gratin, the potato was uncooked and bland. Gave it another chance and went for dinner (recent): We got buffalo pickles (too expensive for what it is,soggy and salty) charred octopus (very tender but for me chimichurri doesnt go with it) crispy lobster fingers (nice crunch and but lacking lobster flavor, the honey mustard sauce makes up for it ) the ONLY BEST thing we had is STEAK FRITES- - delicious, flavorful, and tender! They give you cold popcorn while waiting.
People move to this area (Waverly, Charles Village, Abell) because of this wonderful farmers market.

This is the only market 52 weekends a year.
What a lovely market! There is a great mix of local produce throughout the summer, along with a scattering of hand made craft items. There are a few "guest" vendor spots every weekend that are filled by a variety of unique entrepreneurs. I really enjoy it year round. Occasionally there are musicians too.
Very well organized and many, many vendors. Live music too. Great food and produce options. Local spirits vendors, olives and olive oil, aromatic oils, jewelry, crystals, some clothing, vegetables, herbs and plants galore. The colors alone …
It's one of my favorite activities. I've been going here for about 20 years. Fresh flowers, soursop, duck eggs, smoked salmon, and fresh veggies abound here. They have all kinds of pastries 🍰 and fresh breads. …
Best farmer's market in Baltimore. It's a favorite Saturday activity for my family. We try to make it every week! Gotta get our Blacksauce biscuits, Zeke's coffee, and mushrooms, among other delicious seasonal produce and food items. Tasty French pastries too! A wide variety of vendors who are always friendly and helpful.
